Terms and Conditions
- To win 2010 FIFA World Cup™ tickets SMS NEO to 32482.
- SMS cost R1:00
- Entrants must be 18 years and older.
- The judges’ decision is final – no written/verbal communication will be entered into.
- By entering the competition, all entrants agree that any participation in this competition is subject to these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by Neo Africa in their sole discretion, and that their decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. All information relating to this competition published on any promotional or advertising material in any media at any time before or during the competition period will form part of the terms and conditions of entry.
- By entering, all entrants give their consent to receive various marketing and advertising promotions via SMS or MMS relating to the competition.
- The competition period will run from 5 December 2009 and will end on the 11 May 2010 (“the competition period”).
- All SMS’s will be charged at R1:00. Bundles, free minutes/SMS and any other promotional rates do not apply.
- You may enter as many times as you like.
- All prizes are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash amounts.
- The winner/winner(s) will be contacted via the mobile number used to enter via SMS.
- Winners will be required to produce the SIM card and/or proof of identity to Neo Africa to prove that they are the legal owner of the cell number and are 18 years or over. If a winner cannot provide proof of ownership to satisfaction, or proof that they are 18 years or over, they will forfeit the prize and the prize will once again be distributed by a separate draw. The ineligible winner will have no claim against Neo Africa in this event.
- Ticket prize specifications will be announced to winners only when notified of their prize.
- Winners accept that Neo Africa will be entitled to publish their name and photographs at no cost to Neo Africa, in any promotional material without prior consent.
