We have also developed a great relationship with attorneys and banks in our areas to ensure transactions happen seamlessly and swiftly.


Neo Estates has two offices, one located in Sandton, Johannesburg servicing North and West Gauteng. The second office based in Big Bay, Cape Town services the Western Cape. Neo Estates Commercial specialises in leasing and sales of industrial and retail properties.


At Neo Estates our agents are part of our “family” and not merely another cog in the wheel, lost in a large corporate company. Our National Manager believes in constant training and development. He keeps a close eye on all individuals in our family to ensure we deliver to our greatest potential.
